President

Julie Young Julie joined the RHE community in 2017 after moving from California with her husband and three children. She has been blessed by the warm welcome of teachers and fellow parents and is excited to serve another year on the PTSA board. Her daughters are in 4th and 1st grade at RHE. Her son will become a Raccoon next year. When she isn't taking care of her kids or working on PTSA, Julie enjoys walking, reading, helping at her church, and spending time with family and friends. |

Vice President of Communications

John Gartner John joined the RHE community in 2015 when his daughter, now in 4th grade, began attending. Born and raised in the Seattle area, he has been either visiting his grandparents’ home on Rose Hill or living there himself his entire life. He loves birding, hiking, spending time with his family outdoors, and (to a degree that’s probably irrational) UW football. John also volunteers with his daughter’s Girl Scout troop, and he is looking forward to making RHE an even better place for all its students and families this school year. |

Mandy Lange Mandy joined the RHE community in 2017. She has a daughter in 2nd grade and a daughter in 3rd grade and is excited to serve another year on the PTSA board. She's a software developer and enjoys all the nerdy things. |

Vice President of Membership and Community Relations

Amanda Crump Amanda and her family were welcomed into the Rose Hill community in 2016 after relocating from the Southeastern US. She works part-time as a preschool teacher and in her free time enjoys exploring the beautiful PNW, college football, and serving at her church. She has a 4th-grade daughter at RHE and a 6th-grade son at RHMS. She is looking forward to another great year with Rose Hill Elementary PTSA. |

Vice President of Volunteers and Events

Olena Bedenko Olena joined the RHE community in 2017 when her daughter became a first-grader. Since this year, Olena has become part of the PTSA Board and helps everyone to volunteer at school. In her free time, Olena practices different types of Arts, enjoys cooking Ukrainian food, teaches children of the Ukrainian language and traditions at the Saturday school "Vyrij", and spends time with family and friends.

Rachel Ingalls Rachel has been part of the RHE community for the past five years. Her boys are in 2nd and 4th grade. She enjoys working with kiddos whether it's volunteering in the classroom, at school events or supporting staff. When not spending time with her family and working part-time at a local preschool, she enjoys reading, traveling and going to trivia night. She looks forward to another year as Fundraising co-chair. |

Nicole Bowser Nicole joined the RHE community in 2017. Her daughter will be in 2nd grade this year and her son will become a raccoon next year. Nicole and her husband grew up in the Seattle area and both attended the University of Washington...go DAWGS! When not spending time with her family, Nicole enjoys camping, hiking, Husky football and going to trivia night. She is looking forward to another great year of Fundraising for our kids. |

Amanda Fletcher Amanda joined the RHE community as a parent in 2018 after being an elementary teacher for 18 years in the Lake Washington School District. She has enjoyed being on the parent side of the school setting, volunteering in the classroom and supporting the staff. She is excited to serve another year on the PTSA board. Her daughter is in 1st grade at RHE. Amanda team teaches a Pre-K class at an area preschool, loves to read and be creative, and spend time with family and friends. |

Kim Miller Kim joined the RHE community in 2016. When not working at her full-time job, Kim enjoys watching football, reading, cooking, and planning activities for her Girl Scout troop. Her daughter is in 4th grade at RHE. She is excited to serve as the PTSA Treasurer again this year. |
